WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
Parent/Student Surveys
The College and Career Readiness Committee in South-Western City Schools is working to develop a culture that better prepares students to be ready for college and career demands upon graduation from high school. As part of this process, the committee would like to gather data from SWCS students and parents about its impressions of the college and career readiness culture in our school/district.

Below you will find the link to complete a very brief survey.
If you are a CCHS student, please click on the “Student Survey.”
If you are a CCHS parent, please click on the “Parent Survey.”

Participants are asked to complete the survey only once. This survey is anonymous and we want your honest opinion!  It will help us to gather a more complete picture of the culture that we are trying to enhance.
